l?大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷，食品相關(guān)專業(yè)，碩士學(xué)位者優(yōu)先；University?Diploma?in?Food?or?similar?scientific?subjects.?Preferred?Master?Degree?in?Food
l?具有HACCP/ISO22000審核員資格，同時具備其他食品審核資格（如BRCIFS）者優(yōu)先，Qualified?to?HACCP/ISO22000?auditor,?also?has?experiences?in?other?food?standards?auditing?capability?such?as?BRCIFS.
l?5年以上食品測試工作經(jīng)驗或食品制造相關(guān)行業(yè)（生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量管理崗位經(jīng)驗），熟悉食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；Minimum?5?years?working?experiences?in?food?processing?or?testing?position?in?food?industry.?Familiar?with?food?standards.
l?熟悉微生物測試過程，有實驗室檢驗經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；Familiar?with?microbiological?inspections,?preferred?with?lab?experience.
l?有良好的溝通能力和語言表達能力，以客戶為焦點；Good?communication?capability?in?verbal?and?writing,?customer?oriented.
l?能夠頻繁出差，適應(yīng)按照日程表工作的環(huán)境，能獨立工作；Be?able?to?travel?extensively?according?to?schedule.?Independently,?self-managed?attributes.
l?有良好的適應(yīng)壓力環(huán)境的能力，能夠按時完成所要求的現(xiàn)場評審和隨后的書面工作；Be?able?to?work?under?stressful?environment.?Accomplish?the?assigned?on?site?works?timely?followed?by?required?paper?work/reports.
l?流利的英文溝通能力，有在跨國公司工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先，能夠理解不同國家的文化習(xí)俗。Fluent?in?English?communications,?preferred?with?working?experiences?in?international?enterprises.?Understand?and?respect?cultural?differences?and?customs.?
崗位職責(zé):?Position?Duties
l?依照國內(nèi)、國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對客戶相關(guān)食品安全管理體系進行審核，評估客戶食品安全管理體系的符合性，并能幫助客戶識別出管理體系中存在的弱點和問題；Conduct?assessments?according?to?given?food?safety?management?system?standards,?evaluate?the?compliance?of?clients’?food?management?system,?identify?the?gaps?and?weaknesses?of?clients’?system.?
l?向客戶提出改進意見和建議，及時和客戶進行反饋和溝通（口頭與書面）；Report?clients?with?assessment?findings?and?observations,?communicate?with?clients?in?verbal?and?writing?at?timely?manner.?
l?進行或見證相關(guān)食品標(biāo)識的驗證測定，確保測試符合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求；Conduct/witness?required?lab?testing?to?identify?the?compliance?to?given?standards.?
l?協(xié)助培訓(xùn)部定期為客戶主辦相關(guān)技術(shù)交流會和研討會，以幫助客戶持續(xù)完善食品安全管理體系；Assist?training?department?by?lecturing?training?courses,?seminars,?aiming?to?help?clients?to?improve?their?food?safety?management?systems.?
