Key?Responsibilities:?
1.?Sales?order?processing?and?follow?up?(incl.?enter?orders?into?ERP/E1,?schedule?sharing,?go?to?customer?portal?and?trace?shipments,?etc.).?
2.?Coordinate?with?pre-order?activities?(e.g.?collect?customer?information?and?PPAP,?etc.)?
3.?Facilitate?communication?amongst?Gore?plants,?sales?offices?and?customers?in?sales?order?process.?
4.?Apply?for?VAT?invoices?for?domestic?business?and?closely?work?with?customers?&?Gore?finance?team?for?credit?and?collection?issues.?
5.?Handle?customers’?concerns?and?enter?the?customer?complaint?into?QSI?system?when?needed.?
6.?Take?care?of?sales?activities?for?small?customers?when?needed?(incl.?handle?customers’?enquiries,?quotations?and?other?supports?in?sales?activities).?Inside?sales?has?customer?responsibilities?,?but?no?expectations?on?“hunting”?activities?to?find?leads/customers?pro-actively?
7.?Co-ordination?of?sample?requests?when?needed.?
8.?Other?Admin?support?to?sales?team?when?needed.?
Qualification:
1.?Bachelor?degree?or?equivalents?
2.?2+?years?plus?working?experience?in?inside?sales?,?customer?service?,sales?support?,logistics?related;?
3.?Good?computer?skills?and?fluent?in?both?written?and?spoken?English.?
4.?Knowledge?of?ERP?system?use?helpful
