Provide?strategic?Human?Resources?support?for?500+?RD?employee?population?in?Field.?This?position?will?provide?and?delivery?the?effective?HR?program?that?support?the?organization?priorities.?The?person?in?this?role?must?be?able?to?effectively?engage?and?influence?managers?and?leaders?at?all?levels.?This?individual?will?partner?with?HR?team?and?managers?to?create,?implement,?and?own?strategic?HR?initiatives?in?the?areas?of?workforce?and?resource?planning,?talent?management,?employee?relations,?performance?management,?employee?engagement,?training?and?compensation.Responsibilities:?1.Partner?with?managers?to?understand?their?key?issues?and?organization?needs?and?provide?sound?HR?advice?and?consultation?on?issues?around?people?management?and?organization?effectiveness.2.Develop?strategic?HR?program?for?each?fiscal?year,?focusing?on?needs?to?achieve?objectives.3.Help?to?drive?change?within?the?organization?to?include?adoption?of?new?technologies,?workflows,?staffing?models.4.Review?and?analyze?market,?industry?best?practices,?trends,?and?internal?feedback?to?develop?programs?to?meet?our?business?goals?and?drive?employee?engagement?and?satisfaction.5.Recommend?and?drive?improvements?to?human?resource?policies,?systems?and?processes.6.Partner?with?manager?in?the?development,?actualization?and?monitoring?of?talent?management?and?training/development?programs.7.Enhances?the?employee?experience?through?effective?delivery?of?day-to-day?Human?Resources?services?and?resolves?HR?issues?with?employees.8.Researches,?analyzes?and?presents?sources?of?information?and?data?that?helps?drive?strategic?decisions.Qualifications1.Bachelors?degree?in?Human?Resources?Management,?or?equivalent.2.Seven+?years’?experience?in?Human?Resources.3.Demonstrated?consulting?skills4.Excellent?verbal?and?written?communication?skills.?Demonstrated?presentations?proficiency.5.Demonstrated?ability?to?objectively?coach?employees?and?management?through?complex,?difficult,?and?emotional?issues.6.Ability?to?research?and?analyze?data.7.Ability?to?organize?and?prioritize?multiple?tasks.
