1.?Provide?advance?troubleshooting?to?solve?complex?and?critical?customer?product?issue?escalated?by?Level?II?Support?Engineers.
2.?Provide?recommendations?and?solutions?to?Trend?product?deployment?challenges.?
3.?Provide?answers?to?technical?questions?from?Level?II?Support?and?CSE/CSM?Engineers.?
4.?Work?with?Product?Development?Group?(PDG)?and?Service?Engineering?Group?(SEG)?to?provide?workarounds?and?solutions?to?product?bugs?and?new?features?implementation.
5.?Conduct?internal?beta?testing?and?supportability?review?with?Product?Development?team.
6.?Conduct?product,?platform,?network?technology?and?other?relative?knowledge?training?to?level?II?Support?and?CSE/CSM?Engineers.
7.?Provide?Documentation?and?Training?to?Level?II?Support?and?CSE/CSM?Engineers.
8.?Provide?on-site?customer?support?as?needed.
9.?Contribute?to?Trend?Knowledge?Base?with?solutions?and?necessary?documentation.
10.?Mentor?other?Support?engineers?as?necessary.?
11.?Stay?current?in?the?latest?IT?technologies.
