1.?5+?years?experience?in?Facilities?Management?and?relavant?functions,?at?least?3+?years?supervison?experience

4.?Good?at?budgeting,?cost?control?and?KPI?review
5.?Excellent?English?ability?in?reading,?writing?and?speaking
