工作內容：
1.協(xié)助并配合教師做好教學工作；
2.關注幫助學生保持良好的學習狀態(tài)，維持班級紀律并做好記錄；
3.其他教學相關協(xié)助工作。
職位要求：
1.英語專業(yè)大專及以上學歷（2017年應屆生可可全職工作者優(yōu)先考慮）；
2.具備一定的英語基礎及英語交流能力；
3.有親和力，形象氣質佳；
4.熱愛教育行業(yè)；
5.良好的溝通技巧和較強的判斷能力。
崗位晉升：表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異的助教，在畢業(yè)以后可以獲得英孚的優(yōu)先面試權，進入英孚，搭建職業(yè)晉升階梯！
