Qualification?職位要求：
1.?Bachelor?degree?or?above,?relevant?majors?of?mechanical?and?electrical,?if?comprehensive?quality?and?technical?skills?is?extra-special,?college?degree?will?also?be?considered
1.?本科以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)。如有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗，大專亦可。
2.?More?than?7?years’?experience?in?Manufacturing?industry.?More?than?3?years’?experience?for?onsite?team?management
2.?超過7年制造行業(yè)經(jīng)驗，超過3年現(xiàn)場團(tuán)隊管理經(jīng)驗。
3.?Be?familiar?with?mechanical?manufacture?technological?process,?CMK?validation?process?experience?preferred
3.熟悉機(jī)械制造工藝流程，有CMK經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
4.?Good?command?of?TPM/PM?concept?both?in?theory?and?practice
4.精通TPM/PM理論和實操。
5.?Be?familiar?with?ISO?and?TS16949?system?processes
5.?熟悉ISO和TS16949系統(tǒng)進(jìn)程。
6.?Good?capability?of?communication?and?coordination?skills,?customer?orientation?awareness
6.?良好的溝通能力，以客戶為導(dǎo)向。
