1. 有電子電器產(chǎn)品開發(fā)全周期的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，能夠快速適應(yīng)目前的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程.

2. 通過良好的溝通，全面了解客戶和公司內(nèi)部的其他部門對硬件的實際需求。并將需求分解到電子零部件。
With?good?communication?skill,?get?the?real?HW?requirements?from?customer?and?internal?department.?Decompose?the?requirements?to?EE?sub?components.
3. 運(yùn)用目前的工程規(guī)范包括（DFEMA…）,從低成本角度考慮給出高魯棒性的電子電器解決方案.
Utilize?engineering?disciplines?including?DFMEA,DFC?to?develop?robust?design?solutions.
4. 了解硬件電路設(shè)計，最壞電路情況分析，PCB布局等相關(guān)設(shè)計.
Familar?with?the?design?and?development?of?hardware?Schematics,WCCA?&?layouts.
5. 主導(dǎo)電子電器產(chǎn)品的驗證以及整改.
Leading?the?EE?product?validation?and?analysis/modification.
6. 有功能安全I(xiàn)SO26262方面的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗.
Good?knowledge?of?functional?safety?requirements?acc.?ISO26262?is?a?plus.
7. 參與客戶需求分析，分析及評審客戶硬件需求，ECU,電機(jī),傳感器工程師會支持評估工作。
Participate?in?customer?requirement?analysis;?make?evaluation?about?the?HW?requirement?from?customer?side?with?support?from?ECU,?motor,?sensor?engineer.

任職資格:
