崗位職責
1.?根據項目計劃，分析客戶需求，制定軟件釋放內容及計劃?，監(jiān)控軟件開發(fā)計劃。
Develop?SW?release?content?plan?according?to?the?project’s?milestone?and?customer?requirement.?Monitor?the?software?development?plan.
2、作為開發(fā)團隊與客戶之間的接口，分析客戶需求，確定電子電氣接口，通信，診斷等技術細節(jié)。Analyze?customer’s?requirements,?develop?communication,?diagnostic?requirement?and?E&E?technical?solution?as?a?Windows?person?between?customer?and?SW?development?team.
3、負責內部資源協(xié)調，制定軟件集成計劃，HiL?測試計劃，軟件釋放計劃，協(xié)助?TPL?制定系統(tǒng)釋放計劃。
Coordinate?internal?resources;?develop?software?integration,?HiL?test,?SW?release?plan.?Support?technical?project?leader?develop?safety?release?plan.
4、軟件需求管理，及變更管理，變更影響分析。
SW?requirements?management,?change?request?management,?change?request?impact?analysis.
任職要求
1、全日制本科及以上學歷；
Bachelor?degree?or?above.
2、掌握英語或德語聽說讀寫技能，能用外語進行日常工作交流；
With?basic?skill?of?English?or?German;?can?communicate?with?foreign?language?in?daily?work.
3、具有學習力，執(zhí)行能力，溝通能力和理解能力；
With?learning?ability,?executive?ability,?communication?skills?and?understanding?ability.
