崗位職責(zé)
1、根據(jù)IS026262進(jìn)行硬件開發(fā)，并且嚴(yán)格遵從研發(fā)流程包括相關(guān)流程文件和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。

2、分析客戶和相關(guān)組織的具體要求。
Analyze?the?specification?and?requirement?from?customers?and?relative?organizations.
3、根據(jù)固有流程執(zhí)行并測試硬件部件。
Implement?and?test?the?Hardware?components?according?to?the?defined?processes.
4、支持必要研發(fā)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的設(shè)置/提升。
Support?the?setup/improvement?of?the?necessary?development?infrastructure.
5、分析并支持解決硬件開發(fā)中的問題及客戶抱怨。
Support?to?analyze?and?find?out?solutions?to?customer?complaints?of?Hardware?components.
6、利用DFMEA,DFC研發(fā)機(jī)制管理來尋求理想的設(shè)計方案。
Utilize?engineering?disciplines?including?DFMEA,DFC?to?develop?robust?design?solutions.
7、負(fù)責(zé)硬件圖表、WCCA&?layouts的設(shè)計和研發(fā)。
Responsible?for?the?design?and?development?of?hardware?Schematics,WCCA?&?layouts.
8、分析并排除電子系統(tǒng)的電路故障。
Analyze,troubleshoot?electronics?system.
任職要求
1、碩士學(xué)歷，大學(xué)英語六級及以上（德語）；
Master?Degree，CET6
2、超過三年的硬件開發(fā)經(jīng)驗；
More?than?3?years?experience?in?Hardware?development?for?automotive?applications?preferred.
3、有完整的電子產(chǎn)品研發(fā)經(jīng)驗；
Full?electronic?products?life?cycle?development?experience.
4、有相關(guān)電路設(shè)計工具和模擬工具的經(jīng)驗；
Experience?with?circuitry?design?tools?and?simulation?tools?(e.g.?OrCAD;P-Spice).
5、有相關(guān)電子芯片EOP驗證和EMC的分析/改進(jìn)的經(jīng)驗；
Experience?with?electronic?chip?EOP?validation?and?EMC?analysis/modification.
6、合作并主動的工作態(tài)度；
Cooperative,?pre-active?working?skills?.
7、能接受不定時出差并且較有耐心。
