6.2?Develop?local?store?design?and?construction?guidelines?in?compliance?with?LS?regional/global?design?and?construction?guidelines?for?existing?and?new?retail?concepts
6.3?Contribute?to?the?enhancement?of?regional/global?design?and?construction?guidelines?for?existing?retail?concepts
6.4?Contribute?to?the?development?of?regional/global?design?and?construction?guidelines?for?new?retail?concepts
6.5?Conduct?supplier?selection?process?in?compliance?with?company?practices?and?policies
6.6?Supervise?the?development?of?new?fixtures?and?the?enhancement?of?existing?fixtures?based?on?operational?needs?and?other?country?best-practices

7?Qualifications,?Experience?and?Skills:
7.1?Similar?experience?in?a?foreign?or?leading?domestic?chain-store?retail?company
7.2?Minimum?3?years?experience?in?construction?management
7.3?Experience?in?the?preparation?of?written?procedures
7.4?MS?Excel?proficiency?required,?other?relevant?software?experience?a?plus
