Responsibilities:
?Lead?the?implementation?of?new?APAC?supply?chain?projects?designed?to?optimize?service?and?reduce?costs
?Provide?analytical?and?projects?related?support?to?the?Customer’s?US-based?supply?chain?team?to?provide?coverage?that?meets?or?exceeds?expectations?regarding?the?timeliness?and?accuracy?of?Asia?store?deliveries
?Coordinate?with?Asian?DC's?to?ensure?seamless?transition?between?DC?Operations?and?transportation?providers.?Provide?feedback?and?oversight?to?Asian?DC?management?(as?needed)?to?ensure?that?operation?procedures?are?appropriate?to?meet?supply?chain?objectives
?Communicate?with?various?Customer?teams,?including?but?not?limited?to?DC?Operations,?Store?Operations,?International?Transportation?team,?and?Loss?Prevention,?to?identify?and?prioritize?any?issues?or?challenges?to?ensure?projects?go?successful
?Collaborate?with?vendors?to?ensure?compliance?with?logistics?requirements?and?resolve?issues?with?3PL?service?providers
?Assist?Customer’s?transportation?and?stores?organizations?to?resolve?shipment?to?end?customer?claims?and?work?directly?with?local?carriers?to?ensure?prompt?settlement
?Provide?guidance?and?support?as?needed?regarding?APAC?regulatory?issues?to?various?teams?including?but?not?limited?to?Compliance,?Quality?Assurance?and?Personal?Care
Qualifications
?3+?years’?experience?of?managing?supply?chain?projects?as?the?lead,?driving?results?with?multiple?business?partners,?achieving?project?timelines,?especially?regional?DC,?retail?supply?chain?related
?General?knowledge?of?transportation?services?and?options?and?experience?managing?3PL?service?providers?preferred
?Strong?communication?skills,?both?oral?and?written?(English,?Cantonese?and?Mandarin).
?Highly?motivated?and?results-oriented
?Ability?to?work?Independently?and?build?consensus?among?several?different?departments?within?a?Supply?Chain?organization
?Distribution?process?experience?for?retail?fulfillment?In?a?WMS?environment
?Exceptional?time?management?and?organizational?skills
?Proficiency?in?computer?skills?(MS?Word,?Excel,?PowerPoint)
?Literate?in?basic?Supply?Chain?software?applications
?Travel?up?to?5?%
?5-7+?years?in?related?field?or?industry
