2.?任職要求:Requirements:

1)本科或以上學(xué)歷,?人力資源管理或相關(guān)專業(yè);

Bachelor’s?degree?or?above?in?Human?Resources?or?related?discipline

2)至少2年以上的人事及行政或培訓(xùn)工作經(jīng)驗,?有跨國公司管理工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先,
??
At?least?2?years?HR?&?Admin?job-related?or?training?experience,?having?working?experience?in?HR?managerial?position?in?multinational?company?is?perfected.

3)在培訓(xùn)材料開發(fā)及設(shè)計方面有良好技巧和經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先

Have?good?skills?and?experience?in?training?program?design?and?training?material?development?that?would?be?advantage
??
4)有較強(qiáng)的溝通及表達(dá)能力,?與各部門及管理層溝通無障礙

Strong?communication?skills,?including?presentation?skills,?with?various?departments?and?management?both?verbal?and?writen;
