Electrification?eMotor.?The?responsibilities?are?as?lead?Process?Engineer?for?NBO/NPD?process?development
and?work?closely?with?cross?functional?team.?This?position?requires?strong?technical?fundamentals,?good
organization/documentation,?statistical?data?analysis,?strong?problem?solving?skills?and?the?ability?to?communicate
with?internal?cross-functional?team?and?suppliers.?A?high?level?of?interaction?with?team?members?around?the
world?is?required.
Work?Responsibility
-?As?lead?process?engineer?work?with?local/global?cross?functional?teams?for?process/machine?development?and
finally?launch?at?Make?site?successfully.
-?Define?process?flow,?process?technical?requirement?and?DOE?to?validate?the?development?availability.
-?Risk?assessment?before?design?fixed,?such?as?DFM?work?with?DE?and?Process-FMEA?with?related?team.
-?Influencing?product?designs?to?insure?economical?manufacture.
-?Developing?improved?manufacturing?and?testing?processes?that?are?necessary?to?achieve?the?performance?and
cost?requirements?of?future?device?applications.
-?Debugging?&?qualifying?high?volume?assembly/test?equipment.
-?Participating?in?advanced?quality?planning?activities.
-?Facilitating?the?successful?launch?of?new?products.
-?Transferring?knowledge?to?make?site?personnel.
-?Support?improvement?projects?to?reduce?cycle?time,?defects?and?manufacturing?cost.
-?Setting?up?sample?lines?and?process?development?equipment.
-?Working?with?suppliers?and?contract?manufacturers?to?insure?processes?are?capable,?have?sufficient?controls?in
place,?can?meet?our?delivery?requirements,?and?meet?our?cost?targets.
Requirements
·?Bachelor?degree?7+?years?or?Master?degree?5+?required,?major?in?High?Voltage?Electronic?related
engineering,?material?engineering,?or?electrical?engineering;
·?Strong?planning,?organizing?and?communicating?skills;
·?Self?directed?and?driven?for?success;
·?Ability?to?effectively?communicate?internally?and?externally?at?all?levels;
·?Ability?to?positively?influence?and?build?relationships?with?global?team?members;
·?Engineering?aptitude?to?participate?in?design?reviews?and?assist?during?debug?&?qualification;
·?Ability?to?identifying?&?correct?problems?by?utilization?of?root?cause?problem?solving?skills?and
experimental?methods?such?as?DOE;
·?Functional?understanding?of?advanced?quality?planning?tools?including?FMEA,?Control?plans,?to
meet?automotive?industry?TS16949?requirements.
·?Experience?plus?with?manufacturing?processes?such?as?dispensing,?welding,?soldering,?electrical?testing,
etc.?are?desired?but?not?all?mandatory.
·?Experience?with?high?volume,?high?quality?manufacturing?is?preferred?vs.?batch?process?or?very?low?volume
manufacturing?environments;?Lean?Manufacturing?and?6?sigma?are?also?plus.
