Be?responsible?to?setting?up?management?policy\emergency?responsing?process?of?power?supply?system,compressed?air?system,special?air?supply?system?，building?up?relative?facility?process?control?documents?and?maintaining?process?effectiveness,providing?adequate?technical?support?and?guidance?to?all?the?works?belonging?to?above?area.
?Be?responsible?to?set?up?and?release?facilities?regular?inspection?procedure、6S?management?process?and?annual?preventive?maintenance?plan,coordinating?facility?captain?to??facility?inspection?and?regular?maintenance?implementation?by?facility?technicans?and?also?keeping?relative?working?records.???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Taking?charge?of?projects?management?to?power?system、compressed?air?system?and?special?gas?system,including?Capex?plan?setting?up、Capex?application、construction?proposal?setting?up、bidding?documents?making?up?、construction?management、final?acceptance?and?project?payment.
Be?responsible?of?providing?technical?support?to?quick?response?of?pivotal?facilities?(power?system,CDA?system?and?special?gas?system)?breakdown?accident?and?production?shutdown?accident?according?to?emergency?responding?process?and?taking?charge?of?accident?investigation?and?corrective?action?making.
Be?in?charge?of?guidancing?facility?technicans?team?technically,implementing?operation?training?to?facility?technican?regularly,keeping?team?development?continuously?optimizing.
