Enhance?the?strength?of?product?quality?control;?Quick?response?to?customer;?Strengthen?the?management?of?quality?technician?and?inspectors
Responsibilities:
1.?Make?sure?to?achieve?annual?quality?goal?of?each?product?line(Customer?events?and?customer?return?DPPM).
2.?Make?sure?well?process?quality?control?and?monitoring.
3.?Identifying?and?monitoring?the?abnormal?case,?find?the?root?cause?and?take?actions?and?follow?up?the?case;
4.?Solve?customer?complaints?and?do?Failure?Analysis?for?the?failure?samples;
5.?Identify?and?segregate?the?nonconforming?products,?follow-up?nonconforming?procedure;
6.?MSA?for?every?key?process’s?gages;
7.?Internal?process?audit?for?normal?process,?pushing?production?improvement.
8.?Make?sure?good?launch?control?for?new?product.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor?degree?in?electron?&?engineer?or?related?major;
2. Above?5?years?professional?experience
3. Familiar?with?ISO9001?or?TS16949,6σ,good?computer?operation?skill
4. Familiar?with?quality?tools
5. Be?good?at?electronic?technology,??strong?communication?and?self-study?ability
6. Good?oral?and?written?English?skills
