崗位職責(zé)
Responsibilities
1、用西班牙語與客戶進行電話、郵件、聊天;
2、為我們意大利客戶提供查詢、運輸及包裹快遞咨詢;
3、處理產(chǎn)品零件的更換、換貨及維修;
4、處理客戶的具體要求及投訴;
5、協(xié)助客戶完成訂購流程;
6、回答特定產(chǎn)品的客戶要求。
1、Customer?service?via?phone,?e-mail?and?chat?in?spanish?language??;
2、Support?of?our?Italian?customers?from?offer?enquiry,?shipping,?and?parcel?delivery?;
3、Processing?requests?for?replacement?parts,?exchanges,?or?repairs?;
4、Handling?specific?customer?requests?&?complaints?;
5、Assisting?customers?with?the?ordering?processes;
6、Answering?product-specific?customer?enquires。
任職要求
Qualifications
1、西班牙語專業(yè)畢業(yè),有海外留學(xué)或工作經(jīng)驗為佳;
2、精通西班牙語讀寫;
3、了解我們的產(chǎn)品同時對電子商務(wù)行業(yè)感興趣;
4、熟練應(yīng)用辦公軟件;
5、具有一定的客戶支持及客戶咨詢方面工作經(jīng)驗;
6、具有優(yōu)秀的客戶服務(wù)溝通技巧及書寫能力。
1、University?degree?with?a?major?in?spanish?language,overseas?experience?preferred.
2、Excellent?knowledge?of?the?spanish??language?in?both?spoken?and?written
3、Internet?affinity?as?well?as?an?interest?in?our?product?range?and?in?new?developments?in?the?area?of?e-commerce
