上海天納克排氣系統(tǒng)有限公司成立于1999年，是天納克公司在中國投資建立的生產(chǎn)汽車排氣系統(tǒng)的中美合資企業(yè)。中方隸屬于上汽集團(tuán)，美方為美國500強(qiáng)的Tenneco公司，其中股比為美方55%，中方45%。公司位于上海安亭國際汽車城，毗鄰上海大眾汽車有限公司。公司主要從事排氣系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)和銷售，?產(chǎn)品包括：排氣歧管，催化轉(zhuǎn)換器、消聲器以及領(lǐng)先的柴油后處理系統(tǒng)。公司2008年具備年產(chǎn)70萬套排氣系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)能力，到2012年，將發(fā)展到年產(chǎn)200萬套排氣系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)能力。公司現(xiàn)有員工約670多人，服務(wù)于華東地區(qū)的主要客戶包括上海大眾、上海通用、上汽汽車、奇瑞汽車等等。下設(shè)五家外地分廠,分別在南京、沈陽、柳州、煙臺(tái)、寧波。
