崗位職責:Job?Descriptions:
1.?通過各種有效途經(jīng)(如EMAIL,網(wǎng)絡等)積極收集可聘外教資料,維系與原外專外教聘請項目單位的聯(lián)絡;1?through?various?effective?ways?(such?as?EMAIL,?network)?to?employ?foreign?teachers?actively?collect?information,?and?maintaining?the?connection?with?foreign?expert?bureau
2.?篩選簡歷,按照學校需求選擇適合的外教,進行電話測試,并及時解答對方疑問;2?resume?screening,?according?to?the?school?needs?to?choose?a?suitable?teacher,?telephone?test,?and?timely?answers?to?other?questions;
3.?接待來訪外教,對其進行面試(包括介紹學校情況,安排課堂試講,溝通薪酬福利等);3?reception?and?interview?(including?introduction?of?school,?classroom?teaching,?communication,?salary?and?welfare?etc.);
4.?嚴格按照學校標準程序,與外教簽定合同,辦理入職、離職手續(xù);4?accordance?with?the?standard?procedures?of?schools,?sign?a?contract?with?teachers,?entry?and?quit?procedure;
5.?作好學校與外教之間的管理及溝通工作;5?management?and?communication?between?school?and?teacher
6.?認真存貯有關外教資料,合理歸檔;6?file?relevant?foreign?data
7.?出席例行會議,執(zhí)行學校安排的其他工作。7?attend?regular?meeting,?to?perform?other?tasks?appointed?by?the?school.
職位要求:?Job?requirements:
1.三年以上大型企業(yè)或教育行業(yè)招聘工作經(jīng)驗;1?three?years?of?large?enterprises?or?educational?industry?working?experience;
2.全日制大學本科以上學歷,英語及人力資源管理相關專業(yè);2?Bachelor's?degree?or?above,?English?and?human?resource?management?related?major;
3.英語聽說讀寫流利,能與外教無障礙交流;3?fluent?English,?and?foreign?exchange?without?obstacles;
4.具備優(yōu)秀的溝通能力、談判技巧,能夠獨立開拓招聘渠道;4?excellent?communication?skills,?negotiation?skills,?independently?develop?recruiting?channel;
5.有外教資源豐富者優(yōu)先,有招聘渠道尤佳。
