Overview
???The?HR?Business?Partner?(HRBP)?will?be?responsible?for?a?broad?range?of?human?resources?activities?in?the?areas?of?leadership,?organization?development,?employee?relations,?compensation,?recruitment,?and?training?and?development.
???Candidates?must?have?progressively?more?responsible?leadership?roles,?demonstrating?the?ability?to?translate?business?needs?into?effective?strategies?and?actions?to?execute?against?those?strategies.
???The?HRBP?will?be?joining?a?global?organization?and?support?the?business?leader?as?a?strategic?partner?to?achieve?business?success.
???This?position?reports?to?the?global?Human?Resources?Director?for?Appliances.
Duties?and?Responsibilities
???The?position?will?serve?as?the?primary?HR?business?partner?for?the?Appliances?commercial?leadership?team?and?will?participate?in?HR?activities?globally?across?the?Business?Unit.
???Be?an?effective?HR?partner?to?support?business?growth,?by?providing?efficient,?consistent?and?proactive?HR?consultancy?support?to?all?business?leaders.
???Supports?project?based?work?on?business-critical?strategic?imperatives?from?a?human?resources?perspective.
???Assists?the?business?leaders?to?develop?an?organization?which?supports?the?business?goals.
???Advise?and?provide?assistance?to?supervisors?and?managers?on?identifying,?evaluating,?and?resolving?employee?relations?issues;?ensure?consistent?of?treatment?of?employees.
???Ensures?effective?communication?to?employees?of?Company?and?business-unit?related?information.
???Responsible?for?talent?acquisition.??Working?with?global?recruitment?partners?(both?internal?and?external)?in?developing?search?strategies,?candidate?identification?&?selection?and?successful?on-boarding?activities.
???Responsible?for?talent?development.??Identification?of?training?needs?and?utilization?of?company?resources?to?design?and?deliver?appropriate?solutions.
???Proactively?monitor?the?work?environment?to?identify?and?address?trends?and?areas?of?improvement.?Communicates?and?designs?action?plans?to?encourage?and?sustain?employee?engagement.
???Be?a?key?contributor?to?the?HR?team’s?annual?completion?of?the?business?unit’s?organization?leadership?review?(top?talent?/?succession?planning)
???Administer?compensation?programs?based?on?corporate?guidelines?and?participate?in?job?evaluations?and?pay?decisions?as?required.
???Coach,?counsel,?and?influence?of?business?leaders?in?the?areas?of?selection?of?top?talent,?succession?planning,?development?of?high?potential?employees,?employee?relations,?performance?management,?discipline,?etc.
???Reviews?and?implements?Corporate?HR?policies?and?procedures?as?necessary.
???Travel?to?various?locations?to?support?the?organization?when?required.
???Assignment?to?various?business?unit?project?teams?to?increase?exposure?and?assist?with?critical?initiatives.
???Other?continuous?improvement?projects,?duties?and?responsibilities?as?delegated.
Education
???Bachelor’s?degree?required,?preferably?in?Business?or?Human?Resources?discipline;?MBA?or?Masters?in?Human?Resources?/?Industrial?&?Labor?relations?desired
Professional?Experience
???10+?years?of?progressive?Human?Resources?experience,?preferably?in?large?global?matrixed?environment.??Ideal?candidate?will?have?previous?experience?in?manufacturing?and?5-8?years?supervisory?experience?with?HR?generalists.
???Prior?HR?specialist?experience?in?one?or?more?functional?areas?of?Human?Resources?(HRBP,?Compensation,?Staffing,?etc.).
???Coaching,?counseling,?and?influencing?of?business?leaders?in?the?areas?of?organization?development,?employee?relations,?performance?management,?progressive?discipline,?and?career?development.
???Demonstrated?managerial?courage;?Self-confident?and?able?to?act?as?role?model?of?company?values.
???Ability?to?act?as?a?credible?coach?and?facilitator?and?a?credible?role?model?for?effective?leadership?and?performance.
Special?Skills
???Considerable?knowledge?of?Human?Resources?principles?and?practices.
