1.coordinate?design?institute?to?conduct?feasibility?report?and?application?report.?To?oversee?the?technical?part?be?in?line?with?AA’s?requirement.
2.work?with?all?related?agencies?like?EIA?agency?and?water?resource?evaluation?agency?etc,?coordinate?some?paper?technology?process?to?meet?project?requirement.
3.review?and?optimize?process?engineering?drawings?and?communicate?with?management?team?to?ensure?the?whole?design?is?more?economical?and?practical.
4.propose?or?plan?specification?for?process?equipment?procurement
5.Monitor?all?engineering?and?procurement?tasks?to?ensure?the?process?work?is?of?the?highest?quality.
6.During?operation?periods,?optimize?the?paper-making?process?to?ensure?the?best?quality?of?final?product?with?economic?cost.
7.Other?assigned?work
Job?requirements:
1.College?degree?above,?major?in?pulp?&?paper?process?related?profession;
2.At?least?3?years?related?experience?in?the?construction?and?operation?of?high?speed?machine?,crescent?tissue?machine?will?be?priority.
3.Fluent?English?in?oral?and?writing?;?skilled?computer?ability.

達伯埃（江蘇）紙業(yè)有限公司是由泰國Double?A公司與大豐海港控股集團公司共同投資的合資企業(yè)。計劃在大豐投資建設(shè)年產(chǎn)100萬噸的漿紙一體化項目。
為了拓寬公司的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)，計劃在大豐港經(jīng)濟區(qū)規(guī)劃投資建設(shè)年產(chǎn)12萬噸高檔生活用紙項目。項目總投資約10億人民幣，總占地750畝。全部工程將根據(jù)市場情況分期建設(shè)。
首期建設(shè)一條年產(chǎn)3萬噸高檔衛(wèi)生紙機生產(chǎn)線及配套的公用設(shè)施。從國外進口的新月型高速衛(wèi)生紙機，紙幅寬2.8m,?設(shè)計車速2000m/min。備漿系統(tǒng)主要設(shè)備將由安德里茲提供，后加工關(guān)鍵設(shè)備由柯爾柏，臺灣全利等知名公司提供。
該生產(chǎn)線擬選用優(yōu)質(zhì)木漿作為原料，采用先進的工藝，生產(chǎn)高檔系列生活用紙。產(chǎn)品除了目標(biāo)國內(nèi)主要市場外，還將利用公司的現(xiàn)有渠道銷往亞洲主要國家。
