前臺兼物業(yè)支持?receptionist?&?management?support崗位職責(zé):Responsibilities:負(fù)責(zé)前臺服務(wù)熱線的接聽和電話轉(zhuǎn)接,做好來電咨詢工作;Pick?up?and?transfer?internal?&?external?call;負(fù)責(zé)來訪客戶的接待、基本咨詢和引見,?保持良好的禮節(jié)禮貌;Visitor?reception;聆聽租戶投訴/需求,第一時間通知工程部,并做好相關(guān)記錄;Licensing?tenant’s?complain/requirement,?inform?maintenance?department,?and?making?relevant?record;為租戶預(yù)訂會議室并做好相關(guān)記錄;Book?conference?room?for?tenants?and?make?record;每月發(fā)送催賬單,跟進(jìn)客戶付款情況,并做好記錄;Each?month?sending?payment?notice?to?tenants,?follow?up?payment?situation,?and?making?relevant?record;保持公司前臺整潔干凈;Keep?company?front?desk?clean?and?neat;巡樓,負(fù)責(zé)整棟大樓的清潔,秩序以及物業(yè)維護(hù)情況的跟蹤;Daily?property?tour,?keep?building?cleaning,?in?order,?and?tracking?building?maintenance?situation;負(fù)責(zé)員工考勤記錄,檢查阿姨和保安的工作情況;Making?employee’s?attendance?record,?checking?maids?and?security?guards’?job;負(fù)責(zé)采購和管理辦公用品及其他日常消耗品;Purchasing?and?management?office?stationary?and?other?consumable?supplies;經(jīng)理交代的其他事宜。Other?jobs?assigned?by?manager.任職資格:Requirements:流利的中英文聽說讀寫能力;Fluent?oral?and?written?communication?skills?in?English?and?Chinese;1-2年相關(guān)(物業(yè)管理公司)工作經(jīng)驗,有外企工作經(jīng)驗為優(yōu)先;1?to?2?years?relevant?work?experience,?with?a?multi-national?company?is?preferred.?基本電腦軟件操作技能如Word,?Excel,?Power?point,?Photoshop,?etc.Basic?computer?software?operating?like?Word,?Excel,?Power?point,?Photoshop,?etc.
