客戶和會員服務(wù)主管全面負(fù)責(zé)(ISC)2中國客戶和會員的服務(wù)工作,以保持和提高(ISC)2中國客戶和會員的滿意度為己任,直接向(ISC)2亞太區(qū)客戶和會員服務(wù)總監(jiān)報(bào)告工作。具體工作任務(wù)和職位要求如下:

1.???通過電話和郵件處理所有客戶和成員的詢問
Handle?all?incoming?client?and?member?enquiries?via?phone?and?email
2.???指導(dǎo)申請者如何通過認(rèn)可過程成為會員
Guide?candidates?through?the?endorsement?process?to?become?members
3.???延續(xù)會員資格
Renew?members?in?jeopardy?of?losing?their?credential(s)
4.???辦公室管理,包括必要時(shí)支持組內(nèi)其他成員
Be?responsible?for?general?office?administration?including?supporting?other?members?of?the?team?when?required
任職要求Requirements:
1.???具有流利的英語和普通話讀寫能力
An?excellent?command?of?both?written?and?spoken?English?and?Mandarin
2.???大專文憑或?qū)W歷優(yōu)先
A?diploma/?college?degree?preferred
3.???具有兩年以上的客戶服務(wù)和管理崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn),培訓(xùn)/教育或活動管理部門者優(yōu)先
Minimum?2?years?of?experience?in?a?customer?services?and?administration?role,?preferably?in?the?training/?education?or?event?management?sector
4.???具有良好的組織能力、關(guān)注細(xì)節(jié),并在遇到嚴(yán)格最后期限時(shí)能夠多任務(wù)并行工作
An?eye?for?detail,?well?organized,?and?can?multi-task?while?meeting?strict?deadlines
5.???具有使用客戶管理系統(tǒng)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Experience?in?working?on?proprietary?client?management?systems
