??Responsibility:
SALES?MANAGEMENT
1.?Maintain?the?relationship?with?customers?and?potential?customers?in?the?assigned?territory?to?achieve?sales?target.
2.?Sell?products/services?primarily?through?phone?and?emails?to?achieve?predetermined?sales?quota?by?assigned?accounts?and?qualified?leads.
3.?Handle?quality?issue?and?sample?application.
4.?Execute?contract?renewals,?price?negotiation?and?volume?discounts?for?customer?retention?and?continued?business.
5.?Provide?the?documents?and?information?(ROHS,?CCC,?inspection?sheet)?to?customer.
6.?Collect?customer?information?based?on?the?request?(project?list,?sample?list,?etc.)
7.?Provide?necessary?system?information,?sales?data?according?to?sales?supervisor?or?manager's?request.
8.?Support?sales?manager?to?do?data?analysis?(quarterly?and?yearly?review).
9.?Identify?customer?requirements?and?demonstrate?a?strong?customer?service?orientation?with?professional?solution?to?ensure?customers?are?satisfied.
10.?Monitor?and?control?customer’s?stock?and?AR?level.
CUSTOMER?SERVICE?OPERATION
1.?Manage?customers’?orders.?Input?the?order?into?JDE?system,?and?ensure?the?orders?are?dealt?with?in?a?proper?and?timely?way.
2.?Coordinate?between?customers?and?logistics?department?to?arrange?the?delivery
3.?Communicate?with?factory?to?fulfill?customer?pull?in?or?push?out?requirement.

??Requirement:
1.?Bachelor?degree?or?above.
2.?Fluent?English?both?in?speaking?and?writing.?Japanese?is?preferred.
Or:?Fluent?Japanese?both?in?speaking?and?writing.?Basic?English.
3.?At?least?2?years?experience?of?Sales?Assistant?/?Sales?Admin?/?KA?Sales.
4.?Experience?of?maintaining?existing?customer?independently.
5.?Experience?of?Customer?Service?is?preferred.
6.?Experience?of?developing?new?customer?independently?is?preferred.
7.?Experience?of?communicating?with?oversea?factory?directly?is?preferred.
8.?Active?&?self?motivated.
