1.?Department?documents?filing,?reporting,?information?collecting?and?internal?communication;
2.?Provide?regular?reporting?and?summary?to?Senior?Property?Manager.
3.?Assist?to?prepare?the?new?site’s?IRR?and?pursue?the?new?site?submit?process.
4.?Assist?to?check?the?new?site?documents?(contract?and?related?enclosures)?and?pursue?the?related?documents?about?new?stores.
5.?Collect?competitor’s?information.
6.?Coordinate?meeting?and?arrange?venue,?prepare?related?document?accordingly;
7.?Prepare?department?memo?and?keep?file.
8.?Responsible?for?Department?monthly?expenses?summary.
9.?Assist?Property?team?on?traveling?arrangement.
10.?Coordinate?department?activities,?team?building,?etc.
11.?Assist?to?arrange?new?staff?training?for?new?team?member.
12.?Responsible?for?office?administration?work?(stationery?and?furniture?order,?etc.)
13.?Carry?out?the?other?tasks?and?duties?as?managers?required.

1.?University?graduate?in?Finance?or?Law;
2.?Over?one?year’s?experience?or?related?is?desired;
3.?Proficient?in?PC?skills?(including?Word,?Excel,?PowerPoint?and?etc);
4.?Competent?in?systematic?management?of?information,?data?&?documents;
5.?Competent?in?handling?administrative?matters;
6.?Excellent?written?and?spoken?skill?in?Chinese?and?English;
7.?CET?4?or?above;
8.?Good?communication?ability?&?skill?required;
9.?Patient?&?careful;
10.?Able?and?willing?to?work?under?pressure.
