?Develop?recruiting?strategies?for?APAC?based?on?workforce?planning/historical?hiring/financial?input?and?translate?hiring?forecast?to?support?staffing?plan?to?be?shared?with?other?recruiter?global?business?leads
?Provide?local?members?with?progress?report?progress?for?all?businesses?in?China.?
?Works?in?partnership?with?hiring?manager,?HRBP?and?other?related?functions?within?the?Recruiting?COE?and?other?COEs?(ie?Rewards)
?Partnering?with?Local?HR?and?the?COE,?define?and?implement?deployment?and?on-boarding?process?and?standards?to?ensure?they?are?implemented?and?applied?consistently
?Trains?and?coaches?Hiring?Mangers?to?ensure?they?are?well?trained?in?strategic?evaluation?of?candidates?and?in?selling?of?Bruker?as?employer?of?choice;?emphasizes?on?the?“softer”?attributes?such?as?culture?fit?and?potential.?
