Responsibility:
1.Assists?the?Sales?Manager?in?developing,?planning?and?implementing?sales???strategies?and?activities?to?achieve?sales?goals?and?objectives.Major?focus?on?the?Industry?marketing?for?all?products?line
2.Attends?to?sales?enquiries?by?responding?to?requests?and?questions.
3.Establishes?new?accounts?by?identifying?potential?customers,?planning?and
organizing?sales?call?schedules.
4.Builds?and?manages?the?customer?database.
5.Achieves?agreed?sales?forecasts?by?developing?field?sales?action?plans.
6.Supports?market?expansion?plans?by?attending?sales?and?marketing?activities?as?and?when?required.
7.Oversees?preparation?of?and?reviews?quotations?and?order?processing.
8.Supervises?shipping?/?delivery?and?installation?schedules.
9.Provides?pre-sales?and?post-sales?support?to?customers,?including?installation?of?machines.
10.Generates?monthly?sales?and?other?sales-related?reports?as?and?when?required.
11.Works?closely?with?the?Applications?Engineer,?customers?and?the?Company’s?sales?channels?in?APAC.
12.Tracks?monthly?invoiced?sales?amount?against?annual?targets?to?determine?achievement?ratio.
13.Promotes?continuously?the?quality?products?and?services?by?providing?sound?technical?support?to?meet?customers’?satisfaction.
14.Undertakes?any?other?duties?as?may?be?assigned?by?Sales?Manager.
EDUCATION,EXPERIENCE?&?SKILLS?REQUIRED
1.?5?years?of?field?sales?experience?in?the?instrument?industry?with?a?Bachelor’s?degree?in?Engineering,?Material?Science?or?Physics;or?3?years?and?a?Master’s?degree;?or?a?PhD?without?experience.
2.?Fluency?in?spoken?and?written?Chinese?as?well?as?English.
3.?Strong?communication?skills.
4.?A?self-driven?team?player?with?minimum?supervision.
5.?Computer?literacy?is?a?must.
