Responsibilities:To?troubleshooting/repair?spectrometer?parts:?AC/DC?power?supply,?RF?Probe,?RF?amplifier,?PCBTo?provide?services?for?spectrometer?and?to?carry?out?system?installation,?troubleshooting,?repair?and?preventive?maintenances.To?give?support?by?telephone?or?E-Mail?in?case?of?technical?question?or?problems?as?second?evel?supports?in?SLS,?and?escalate?to?3rd?level?if?needed.To?undertake?any?other?duties?related?to?product?service,?maintenance,?installation?and?trainingWork?with?factory?and?service?managers?monitor?safety?parts?inventory?and?new?product?inventory?set?up.Tools?managements?in?China?for?all?product?linesTo?provide?information?and?reports?to?BBIO?Service?Management?on?a?regular?basis.To?create?and?complete?service?related?documentation?as?required.Support?and?Back?up?filed?service?engineers.Qualification:Bachelor's?degree?or?higher?in?electronics/physics?or?similar?fields?with?experince?more?than?5?years?(Preferably?with?some?experiences?in?analytical?instrument?industry)Skilled?in?soldering,?oscilloscope,?RF?network?analysis?and?electronic?circuit?analysisGood?Spoken?and?written?English,?CET?4?or?above.Self-starter,?energizing,?results?oriented,?and?able?to?multi-taskGood?communication?skill?with?internal?and?external?customers?and?willing?to?support?customers.Excellent?teamwork,?coordination?and?communication?skills.Able?to?travel?as?required.
