Bachelor’s?degree?in?related?field.?Master?of?Business?Administration?degree?is?a?plus.?
7?-?10?years?Human?Resources?experience?with?progressive?responsibilities.?Minimum?of?five?years?at?HR?management?level.?
Strong?HR?skills?in?employee?relations,?recruitment,?compensation?&?benefits,?people?management,?compliance,?policy?development?&?implementation?and?succession?planning.?
Strong?leader?skills,?track?record?of?delivering?results,?ability?to?communicate?effectively?at?all?organizational?levels?and?excellent?interpersonal?skills.?
Familiar?with?labour?law,?policies,?regulations.Expert?in?analysis?of?local?labour?market.?
Fluency?in?both?Cantonese?and?English
