????1.全面負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)體系的建設(shè)、開發(fā)、管理及改進(jìn),提升員工的工作能力;
????2.制定年度培訓(xùn)計劃及預(yù)算,跟蹤預(yù)算執(zhí)行情況;
????3.針對不同層級員工制定培訓(xùn)方案;
????4.根據(jù)公司員工發(fā)展通道,負(fù)責(zé)開發(fā)相應(yīng)培訓(xùn)課程體系;
????5.負(fù)責(zé)公司的培訓(xùn)需求調(diào)查分析、培訓(xùn)課程的組織、執(zhí)行及效果評估;
????6.開發(fā)內(nèi)訓(xùn)外訓(xùn)精品課程,建立員工培訓(xùn)檔案,幫助員工發(fā)展;

????????Skills?and?experience?Required?任職要求

????1.本科以上學(xué)歷,3年以上大型集團(tuán)化公司培訓(xùn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
????2.良好的協(xié)調(diào)和溝通能力;能夠順利推進(jìn)和實(shí)施培訓(xùn)計劃;
????3.善于學(xué)習(xí),處事靈活;
????4.能夠結(jié)合市場和公司情況對培訓(xùn)統(tǒng)籌執(zhí)行做出調(diào)整應(yīng)對;
????5.英語聽說讀寫優(yōu)秀,可作為工作語言;

????1.??Bachelor's?degree??or?above,?a?minimum?of?3?years?of?training?management?experience?in?large?group??company;
????2.??Good?coordination?and?communication?skills;?be?able?to?promote?and?implement??training?programs?smoothly;?
